Production processes have been completed according to the approved plans. The track frames are constructed from an aluminium profile ladder structure to ensure stability and rigidity. Product movement is ensured by stainless steel chains driven by sew-type actuators. For precise positioning, the motors are fitted with factory brakes. The transfer unit is equipped with two lifting devices to carry out the transfer. The vertical movement of 50 mm is provided by a pneumatic working cylinder and the drive is also provided by a sew actuator. The lifting device is connected to the transfer unit by means of a support bracket.
